COVID-19 Updates

We are committed to the health and safety of our Community, Customers, Colleagues, and Vendors.

Our dealerships and facilities are open for business in all markets. We clean and sanitize daily, and we have ramped up procedures with our cleaning crews and store Colleagues to ensure that commonly touched surfaces get attention three (3) times per day. Our teams have posted handwashing procedure posters to remind Customers, Colleagues and Vendors of proper handwashing techniques.

In Sales, we have deployed the use of sanitizing wipes prior to test drive and post test drive with the Customer.

In Service, we have deployed the use of sanitizing wipes during intake, diagnostics, and return to the Customer.

As an additional precaution, our locations are providing pre-packaged snacks instead of fresh items.

Your safety and comfort are our first priority. We continue to stay informed and provide information to our Customers and Colleagues, and we encourage you to remain diligent and informed. Our Colleagues are ready to serve you in-store or online.

Thank you for your continued support and trust in McLarty Auto Group, Joe Machens Automotive Group, and Gray Daniels Auto Family.

Update on our Sales & Service Departments

The health of our customers and employees is our #1 priority. In addition to our stringent internal cleaning efforts, we have increased the frequency and intensity of these efforts across all dealerships. We are following the sanitation guidelines provided by the CDC and will continue to do so.

Our Sales Department remains open, online and by appointment. We can help you purchase any vehicle remotely, completing the entire process online and delivering the vehicle directly to your home. If you choose to shop in person, rest assured the dealership is being cleaned multiple times a day and thoroughly sanitized each night.

Our Service Departments remain open at all dealerships. We are committed to the health and safety of our customers and have deployed the use of sanitizing wipes during intake, diagnostics, and return. We will continue to monitor the situation as it evolves and make appropriate adjustments as needed.
